Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original condition. Packaging is not required.
For hygiene reasons, panties and boxer briefs are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (typically €6–€25, depending on location).
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If you received a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost when sent via your local postal service.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at embracenature@armsofandes.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
Please include photos of the front and back of the item — this helps us confirm eligibility and speeds up the process. Wait for our team to review your request. We will send you the correct return address once approved.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Gift cards are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please report it to us immediately upon receiving your order.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please report any issues immediately upon receiving your order. Contact us at embracenature@armsofandes.com.

6. Warranty

Arms of Andes provides a full refund on any defective item. The following are not covered by the Warranty: natural wear and tear including pilling and abrasion; damage caused by the user including rips and tears; damage resulting from washing that does not follow our posted washing instructions. All damage claims are assessed by Arms of Andes to determine whether they fall under the Warranty.

7. Sustainability

All returned clothing is cleaned and resold — nothing goes to landfill.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you — acquire physical possession of the goods. For an order of multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period has expired. The easiest way is the "Cancel or return an order" option in your account, or by emailing us at embracenature@armsofandes.com. You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but this is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day deadline.
Effects of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest.
Returning the goods. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
